  • Develop foundation of proper movement and body control

  • Gain speed, agility, and endurance

  • Improve footwork

  • Work with one of our expert coaches

DETAILS

  • MONDAYS-THURSDAYS 

  • Hour long class led by one of our expert coaches

PACKAGES

  • 2 Sessions Per Week $99/month

  • 3 Sessions Per Week $149/month

  • 4 Sessions Per Week $199/month

STRENGTH & POWER 

ATHLETES WILL

  • Learn how to properly train

  • Develop foundation for functional strength movements

  • Build strength, explosiveness, and endurance

  • Work with one of our expert coaches

  • MONDAYS-THURSDAYS

  • 2 Sessions Per Week $199/month

  • 3 Sessions Per Week $249/month

  • 4 Sessions Per Week $299/month
