At Performance One, every athlete begins their journey with a COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION conducted by Head Coach Micela, scheduled by appointment. Over the course of an hour, we assess your current fitness levels, identify strengths, and uncover areas that need improvement through a series of targeted tests.
Following the evaluation, we review the results with you, providing a clear picture of where you stand and where you can grow. Using this information, we craft a customized training plan tailored to your specific needs, sport, and position. This personalized process ensures your training is optimized for YOU.

Each strength and conditioning athlete receives a personalized training program based of their evaluation designed to meet their unique needs, sport, and position.
Each session includes targeted warm-ups to, functional strength movements, specialized Olympic weightlifting exercises, assistance strength work, plyometrics, speed training, and core conditioning.

Our programs build on an existing foundation of strength and conditioning, taking athletes to the next level with progressive training.
We specialize in preparing athletes at all levels—from high school and collegiate competitors to seasoned professionals. Every program includes planned sets, reps, weight loads, and training trajectories that align with both short-term goals for a particular season and long-term goals for college & professional recruitment.
