Our Olympic Weightlifting Class

Our Olympic Weightlifting Class is designed to accommodate a diverse range of individuals, making it an inclusive and effective option for people with varying fitness levels and goals.

This class runs for an hour and a half, providing ample time for comprehensive training and skill development. We proudly follow the coaching philosophy of Joe Micela, the Head Coach of the 2012 Olympic Games Weightlifting Team. With this approach, we aim to deliver exceptional coaching and programming to help you reach your weightlifting aspirations.

For Intermediate-Elite Lifters:

  • Competitive Aspirants: Athletes who have already gained experience in weightlifting and are eager to take their skills to the next level, potentially with aspirations for national or international competition.

  • Advanced Strength Enthusiasts: Individuals with a background in strength training who seek specialized coaching to maximize their lifting potential and compete at an elite level.

  • Current Weightlifting Competitors: Experienced weightlifters looking to refine their technique, overcome plateaus, and reach new personal records in competitions.

  • Former Collegiate Athletes: Collegiate athletes transitioning to post-college weightlifting who want to continue their athletic journey at an advanced level.

For High-Level CrossFitters:

At our center, we offer a unique opportunity for dedicated individuals who are ready to push their boundaries and excel in Olympic Weightlifting. Our Individualized Programming is an exclusive offering, custom-designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each athlete. What sets us apart is that each program is meticulously tailored by none other than Joe Micela, the esteemed Head Coach of the 2012 Olympic Games Weightlifting Team.

This program is not for the faint of heart; it's designed for those who aim to reach the highest levels of performance in international and national competitions, striving to become the absolute best in the sport. It's also perfectly suited for intermediate athletes who desire a more personalized approach with greater flexibility.

However, please note that our Individualized Programming is a rigorous and demanding path, and it's not for everyone. To embark on this journey, prospective participants must undergo a thorough evaluation conducted personally by Head Coach Micela. If accepted into the program, be prepared to be pushed to your limits, both mentally and physically.
