This is a Foundations to Powerlifting Class geared to the individual new to Powerlifting. Athletes will be shown the basics of the Back Squat, Bench Press, and DeadLift. The class will meet three times per week for 1.5 hours.
Monday 5-6:30 pm
Wednesday 5-6:30 pm
Saturday 9-10:30 am
The class will be coach led and work off percentages of the athletes best 1RM. The goal of the class is to build a strong understanding of the movements with the goal of competing.
