Each 90-minute class offers ample time for focused training and skill development, guided by expert coaches combining 50+ years of experience. This program is inclusive and effective for all levels, helping you refine your technique and build a foundation.

Our INTERMEDIATE PROGRAM is designed for those with an understanding of the fundamentals. This program focuses on developing strength, refining technique, and deepening your understanding of the sport to perform at a higher level.
With 3-4 training sessions per week, this program offers more flexible training times to accommodate athletes with busy schedules. Whether you’re preparing for competitions or working to achieve personal bests, the Team Program provides the structure and support you need to reach your weightlifting goals.

Our INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM is designed for top national contenders and international competitors who are ready to push themselves to their absolute limits. Tailored and coached by Joe Micela, Head Coach of the 2012 Olympic Games Weightlifting Team, this premium, custom-designed program is for athletes who are advanced in the movements and have a deep understanding of the sport and competition.
This program is focused on elite-level performance, preparing you for national and international competitions.If you're ready to take your training and competition performance to the highest level, our Individualized Program will provide the guidance and structure you need to succeed.
