Youth Sports Training
Performance One’s leads the Valley in training and developing Youth Athletes. We accept athletes as you as 9 years old into our Youth Program. We break athletes up into sub groups 9-10 years old 11-12 years, and 13-14 years old. We offer ACP Foundation and ACP Speed and Agility Programs for these age groups.
In the past athletes trained for their particular sport by only playing their sport. Today, to be competitive with your piers takes a year round commitment to training, nutrition, and recovery in order to achieve greatness.
The modern athlete must be prepared for the rigors of training and competing against bigger and faster opponents. A stronger more agile athlete will be more confident on and off the field. Top-level conditioning will also prolong an athlete’s career.
Strength and Power
At Performance One Advanced Sports Training we are the experts in explosive power development. We incorporate the fundamentals of multi-joint movements to elicit maximum results. The exercises performed in the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk), and their assistance exercises are the backbone of our industry leading program.
Our Philosophy at Performance One is Technique, Technique, and Better Technique. We dedicate extensive time with each athlete enforcing the foundation of superior skill acquisition with every movement. This allows the athlete to better understand the movement and how his/her body should feel during training.
We train use a multitude of movements and exercises at our disposal to provide the best performance results. Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle bells, and many other Free Range of Motion Exercises are used to build an Athletes’ work capacity to the highest level.
