At Performance One Advanced Sports Training we incorporate the fundamentals of multi-joint movements to elicit maximum results. The exercises performed in the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk), and their assistance exercises are the backbone of our program.


Our Philosophy at Performance One is to train the athlete with multiple movements and exercises in order to receive the best effects. Dumbbells, Barbells, Kettle bells, and many other Free Range of Motion Exercises are used to build an Athletes' work capacity to the highest level.
