Speed and Condition

Speed Kills Period! A fast and agile (quick) athlete will win 99.9% of the time. Exceptional speed is inherent, however, an individuals current level of speed may be improved by technical work, strength training, and reaction drills.


An athlete whom is not naturally fast can improve reaction time through training and can appear faster than more genetically gifted athletes


Speed Training

Performance One Speed Training is a three-day a week dynamic running and developmental acceleration program, which utilizes form running, agility drills, plyometrics, and quick change of direction skills.


Our program is advanced and demanding on the body. A general level of conditioning is required in order to prevent injury. Our goal at Performance One is to prepare you the athlete for any sports situations through Sports Specific Training.


Practicing how to run and how to change direction at a high velocity will enable you to utilize your body in a more biomechanically efficient manner, thus allowing you to be a more effective athlete on the field.
