In the age of fast food and fast everything, an athlete can get confused on what to eat and which supplements to take. Performance One will establish a well-organized eating program for the specific needs of the given athlete.


What, When, and How Much are all very important questions and must be approached correctly. Many competitions and training programs have been lost due to inadequate nutrition.


Supplements

The use of supplements will be addressed in great detail. The need for supplements is important, given the right supplement to the right athletes at the right time. Supplements can be very beneficial or otherwise very dangerous and costly.


Many athletes have lost titles and medals because of supplements they were taking were supposedly legal and safe for them when actually they weren't. Supplements can have adverse reactions with other medication that you are currently taking; this combination can be very dangerous.
